— Before paying, you must verify the card you will use to pay for the application.
1. To verify, you must take a photo of the card so that the following is visible:
— The last 4 digits and the full name of the cardholder from which the payment will be made.
— The screen with the application number and the name of our website must be visible in the background.
*If the necessary information is located on both sides, please take a photo of both sides of the card against the background of the screen with the application number and the name of the website.
*If you do not have access to a computer now or the card is not personalized, please write on a piece of paper the name of our website, application number, exchange amount in rubles, type of cryptocurrency purchased, full name of the cardholder and take a photo of the card against this background, then send it to the chat.
2. The operator may request to split the transfer in order to secure the transfer, since banks, payment systems or platforms set limits on the maximum amount of one transfer. This is standard security practice.
3. Preparing the details takes from 5 to 30 minutes. In exceptional cases or due to technical problems, the details may take up to 60 minutes to be issued.
4. You have 10 minutes to pay, after payment, provide a receipt in PDF format in the chat. If your transfer does not go through, you need to provide the information to the operator in the chat.
5. Be careful when entering the details when making transfers. An incorrectly selected bank or recipient may result in an irrevocable loss of funds.
