In order to make an exchange, you need to complete several steps:
Fill in all the fields in the form provided.
Make sure the data you specified is correct! Pay special attention to the recipient’s name in the details.
Study the terms of the exchange service agreement. If you agree with them, check the appropriate box and click the "Exchange" button.
Write the application number in the chat with the operator to issue the details.
You need to pay for the application. To do this, transfer the required amount, following the instructions on our website.
After completing all the listed steps, the systеm will redirect you to the "Application Status" page, where the status of your transfer will be displayed.
If the exchange rate changes by 0.5% or more during payment, a recalculation will be made based on Huobi exchange data. If the rate changes by 0.5% or more, it will be fixed after 12 confirmations of your transaction.
Make sure the e-mail you specified is valid! All questions and problems regarding the exchange can be resolved via e-mail or chat.
The application processing time is from 1 to 6 hours from the moment of receiving payment from the client.
Please note that payment for this direction is made only during the courier’s working hours (from 11:00 to 20:00 Moscow time).
