You must create an exchange request, indicating current contact information. Be sure to indicate a working e-mail (all disputes regarding the request are resolved only via e-mail).

A message with payment details will be sent to your e-mail.
The request is considered paid only after your transaction has received all confirmations in the network necessary for full crediting to our balance (you can check the required number of confirmations for the network you have chosen with the operator).
Cash withdrawal according to the regulations takes up to 48 hours. In normal mode, it takes up to 24 hours.
The request rate is fixed at the exchange https://www.htx.com/. If the rate changes by 0.3% or more, a recalculation will be made.
